His expereince with leaders and management teams extends across a broad range of industries including oil and gas, financial and professional services Food & Beverage service, IT and engineering. These Companies have included large multinational such as Ciba Vision, GE Power Systems, Aramark, Sodexo & Bibliotheca.

Currently he is the Global HR Director for Bibiotheca, which is the industry leader in Library Technology services.
